Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Reservations Supervisor at a 5‑star hotel.
• Experience in the Middle East region is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer the hotel's main telephone lines and emails with warmth and ownership.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and requests within company timeframes.
• Process and confirm reservations for Rooms, F&B and Spa; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets and promotions.
