Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to lead the daily execution of conferences, weddings, social and VIP events, ensuring flawless delivery and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise Event Supervisors, coordinate with Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing and Front Office, and uphold the highest presentation standards in our ultra-luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Events department and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate and supervise conferences, weddings, social events, VIP functions, and outdoor events.
• Ensure all event setups are completed according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and operational standards.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event follow-ups.
• Monitor event flow and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure all venues are maintained to the highest presentation standards.
