Job summary

Epergne Solutions seeks an ATM Application Support Engineer to join our Qatar operations. The role focuses on NCR ATM operations support, incident analysis, deployment of patches, and day-to-day ATM network management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and smooth production activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ATM software support, patch deployment, and strong communication skills to coordinate with NCR software teams

Qualifications

• Experience in NCR ATM operations and support.
• Strong ability to analyze ATM incidents and troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with ATM software support and ticket management.
• Experience supporting patches, releases and production fixes.
• Understanding of ATM network operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis of ATM-related issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on analysis.
• Support operations projects and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Support deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes based on SIT/UAT progress.
• Collect and share logs, findings, and relevant details for incidents and support cases.
• Complete assigned technical requests within the required timelines.
• Support the overall management and operation of the ATM network.
• Coordinate with relevant technical and support teams for incident resolution and operational activities.
