Job summary

Nair Systems in Qatar is seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support mission-critical ATM operations in a banking environment. You will handle ATM application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and coordinate with NCR software teams to ensure ATM service stability.

Position Summary Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support mission-critical ATM operations for a leading banking environment in Qatar. The role focuses on ATM application support, incident management, troubleshooting, release deployments, and coordination with NCR software support teams to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of ATM services.

Detailed Job Description The Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant will serve as a key technical resource responsible for supporting ATM production environments and resolving operational issues across NCR ATM platforms. The successful candidate will perform detailed incident analysis, coordinate with NCR software support teams, manage operational tickets, and support software deployments and production fixes. Working closely with operations, testing, and project teams, the consultant will ensure smooth implementation of patches and releases while maintaining high service availability. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of ATM software ecosystems, and experience supporting banking technology environments under strict service-level commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 incident analysis and troubleshooting for NCR ATM software and services.
• Raise and manage support tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on technical findings and analysis.
• Investigate production incidents and provide timely operational support for ATM-related issues.
• Collect, analyze, and share application logs, diagnostic information, and technical findings with NCR support teams.
• Support deployment of software patches, development releases, hotfixes, and production fixes.
• Coordinate release activities through SIT, UAT, and production environments.
• Monitor ATM platform performance and identify potential service-impacting issues.
• Execute and complete assigned technical requests in accordance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with application support, testing, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure service continuity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting NCR ATM platforms in banking or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of ATM operations, transaction processing, and banking self-service channels.
• Experience performing incident management, ticket handling, and production support activities.
• Ability to analyze logs, diagnose application issues, and elevate complex incidents appropriately.
• Experience supporting software deployments, production releases, and patch management activities.
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and Production support processes.
