Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting NCR ATM platforms.
• Proven experience in ATM Application Support and ATM Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities.
• Experience supporting ATM production environments.
• Knowledge of ATM software deployment and maintenance processes.
• Experience handling patches, releases, hotfixes, and production changes.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT testing activities.
• Strong understanding of ATM transaction flows and operational processes.
• Ability to analyze logs, diagnose issues, and coordinate resolutions effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or ATM environments.
• Ability to work within mission-critical production support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for ATM-related issues.
• Investigate ATM production incidents and identify root causes.
• Raise, track, and manage tickets with NCR ATM software support teams.
• Support day-to-day ATM operations and production environments.
• Coordinate technical support activities for ATM applications and infrastructure.
• Assist with deployment of patches, software releases, upgrades, and production fixes.
• Analyze application logs, system logs, and incident data to facilitate rapid issue resolution.
• Prepare and share technical findings with NCR support teams and stakeholders.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Participate in ATM network monitoring and operational support functions.
• Ensure service levels and operational standards are maintained.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for ATM service reliability and availability.
