Job summary

Nair Systems in Qatar is seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support mission-critical ATM operations in a banking environment. You will handle ATM application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and coordinate with NCR software teams to ensure ATM service stability.

Ideal candidates will have production support experience, strong log analysis, and the ability to manage deployments across SIT/UAT/Production to meet SLAs and ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting NCR ATM platforms in banking/financial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and logging analysis skills.
• Ability to coordinate with NCR support teams and manage patches/releases.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 incident analysis for NCR ATM software and services.
• Raise and manage support tickets with NCR ATM Software Support.
• Investigate production incidents and provide operational support.
• Collect, analyze, and share logs and diagnostic data.
• Support deployment of patches, releases, hotfixes, and production fixes.
• Coordinate release activities across SIT, UAT, and production environments.
• Monitor ATM platform performance and identify issues.
• Complete technical requests following operational procedures.
• Collaborate with application support, testing, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Maintain accurate incident records and documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards.
