Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support the QNB ATM Network in Doha, Qatar. You will perform Level 1 analysis and troubleshooting of ATM incidents, raise and manage tickets with NCR Software Support based on findings.

You will back day-to-day ATM operations, assist with patches and production fixes, collect logs, and support deployments in line with SIT/UAT progress. Strong communication and banking industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ATM operations experience.
• Strong experience with NCR ATM software.
• Experience in incident analysis, log analysis, production support, and deployments.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.

• Perform Level 1 analysis and troubleshooting of ATM incidents
• Raise and manage tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on analysis and findings
• Support ATM operations projects and resolve operational issues
• Assist with patches development releases and production fixes in line with SIT UAT progress
• Collect analyze and share logs and technical findings for incidents and support cases
• Complete assigned Tech Requests within agreed timelines
• Support day-to-day QNB ATM Network operations and stability

5+ years of experience in ATM Operations / ATM Application Support . Strong experience with NCR ATM software . Experience in incident analysis, log analysis, production support, and deployments. Banking/financial services experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
