Detailed Job Description

As a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining ATM production environments, ensuring uninterrupted banking services and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for incident troubleshooting, application support, vendor coordination, release management, and operational support activities related to NCR ATM platforms. Working closely with ATM operations teams, software vendors, testers, and business stakeholders, you will provide technical expertise to resolve issues, deploy fixes, and support enhancements across the ATM ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on ATM experience, and a solid understanding of banking technology environments.
