Job summary

Claranet limited is seeking a Workplace Engineer to join our Talent team in Lisbon. You will own endpoint management through Intune, create Windows images, and manage deployment, patching, and compliance across devices.

You will deploy and support VMware/Omnissa VDI environments, monitor performance, and maintain Active Directory, Exchange, Teams and OneDrive within hybrid cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Experience with Windows image creation, device provisioning, software deployment, and patch management.
• Experience deploying and supporting VMware and/or Omnissa virtual desktop solutions.
• Knowledge of VDI administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments.
