Job summary

Claranet Portugal is seeking a Workplace Engineer to join the Talent team in Lisbon. You will manage Intune for endpoint management, build Windows images, and oversee software deployment and patching across devices.

You will deploy and support VMware/Omnissa VDI, monitor performance, and administer AD, Exchange, Teams and OneDrive within hybrid Microsoft environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Windows image creation, device provisioning, software deployment and patch management.
• Experience deploying and supporting VMware/Omnissa VDI solutions.
• Knowledge of AD, Exchange and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments and strong troubleshooting skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and enhance Microsoft Intune environments for endpoint management.

• Support and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments.

You must have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management
• Experience with Windows image creation, device provisioning, software deployment, and patch management.
• Experience deploying and supporting VMware and/or Omnissa virtual desktop solutions.
• Knowledge of VDI administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive
• Experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
