Claranet limited is seeking a CloudOps Engineer in Lisbon to join our internal team. This hands-on role focuses on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Windows/Linux, automation, and service resilience.

You will monitor with DataDog, manage AD, DNS, and VMs across cloud/hybrid environments, and implement IaC with Terraform, while handling patching, backups, and disaster recovery. Collaboration with engineers is essential for reliability.

Qualificações

• Experience in systems administration and cloud/hybrid operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux, networking, and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Google Cloud, Active Directory, Terraform, PowerShell, and monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor systems and services using DataDog and PagerDuty.
• Administer Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPOs, DNS, permissions, and service accounts.
• Support Windows and Linux VMs across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Manage updates, backups, and patching with Azure Update Manager, Azure Recovery Services Vault, and Patch Management Plus.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, networking, connectivity, and cloud services.
• Develop scripts and automations using PowerShell and Azure Automation Account.
• Support Disaster Recovery, service recovery, and failover processes.
• Run resilience and Chaos Engineering tests with Azure Chaos Studio.
• Operate and support environments in Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Document procedures and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
