Keylime Consultants is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Functional Analyst for a major international HR Digital Solutions team in Portugal. Hybrid role based in Lisbon (preferred) with some remote work across Portugal, focusing on Time Tracking and Absence configurations, maintenance and continuous improvement across Europe, MEA and APAC regions.

You will own ongoing configuration, support existing countries, coordinate testing, and contribute to knowledge materials while collaborating with HR,

Qualificações

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Good experience with Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Strong Time Tracking experience with more limited Absence exposure can also be considered, and vice versa.
• Experience supporting Workday configuration, maintenance, enhancements or implementations.
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders across HR and related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent professional English.
• Based in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence across multiple countries and regions.
• Provide third-line functional support, investigate configuration issues, coordinate testing and assist Workday release activity.
• Collaborate with HR, Shared Services and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local business and legislative requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate processes while maintaining configuration documentation and user guides.
