Keylime Consultants in Lisbon partners with a global company to expand its Workday capability and support HR transformation on a worldwide scale.

You will join a hybrid team reporting to the Workday Lead, focusing on configuration, advisory support, and stakeholder engagement across multiple Workday modules.

Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus. The role offers a competitive base salary to 50,000€ plus bonus and benefits in the Lisbon area.

Keylime Consultants is partnering with a respected global company that is expanding its shared services to support HR teams across 20 countries. The business is continuing to invest in its internal Workday capability to drive HR transformation, ensuring seamless operations and supporting future growth.

We are seeking talented Workday Specialists to join this team. Reporting directly to the Workday Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimising the existing platform, while supporting ongoing global initiatives.

This is a hybrid role in the Lisbon area, offering a competitive base salary of up to €50,000 + bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Workday Functional Analysts – Requirements:

• Experience working with Workday, ideally within an international environment
• Strong configuration experience within Workday, with exposure to one or more modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning or Security
• An interest in or working knowledge of Workday Integrations would be a significant advantage
• Ability to guide and suggest improvements to existing Workday processes and features
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication, with a collaborative and client-oriented approach
• Fluency in English is required, with Portuguese considered a plus
