Qualificações

• Experience in Human Resources combined with exposure to HRIS or system support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is mandatory.
• Fluent English in a professional, international context.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt assistance and resolution for Workday user issues and requests.
• Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders across countries to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Support testing activities and contribute to system improvements.
• Maintain data accuracy within the Workday platform.
• Deliver training and guidance to end users.
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices.
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
