Keylime Consultants in Lisbon partners with a global company to expand its Workday capability and support HR transformation on a worldwide scale.

You will join a hybrid team reporting to the Workday Lead, focusing on configuration, advisory support, and stakeholder engagement across multiple Workday modules.

Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus. The role offers a competitive base salary to 50,000€ plus bonus and benefits in the Lisbon area.

Qualificações

• Experience with Workday in an international environment.
• Strong configuration experience in Workday across modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning or Security.
• Interest in Workday Integrations is a plus.
• Ability to guide improvements to Workday processes and strong communication with stakeholders.

• Configure and optimize Workday across modules and support ongoing global initiatives.
• Provide advisory support and collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose improvements.
