Keylime Consultants are supporting a major international organisation in Portugal, seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to join the HR Technology team. You will design, develop, support and enhance Workday integrations across a large landscape with 150+ integrations managed by the wider team.

You will work with Workday Studio, PECI, EIBs, Core Connectors and calculated fields, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to assess impact and determine best integration approaches.

Qualificações

• Must have hands-on Workday Studio experience.
• Practical Workday PECI experience is required.
• Experience supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing existing Workday integrations.
• Ideally experience designing and building new Workday integrations.
• Broad knowledge of EIBs, Core Connectors and calculated fields.
• Ability to gather, validate and refine technical requirements with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proactive team player.
• Based in Portugal and eligible to work remotely within Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations across a large tech landscape.
• Troubleshoot, test, document and deploy integration changes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to refine requirements and approaches.
• Contribute to ongoing optimisation and delivery of new Workday integration solutions.
