Keylime Consultants are seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to join their HR Technology team in Portugal. You will design, develop and maintain a broad range of Workday reports and dashboards while collaborating with HR stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

This largely remote role offers exposure to Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, and Matrix Reports, with opportunities to contribute to international projects and continuous improvements across the Workday platform.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience creating, enhancing and maintaining Workday Custom Reports.
• Good practical knowledge of Advanced Reports and Matrix Reports.
• Experience designing dashboards and delivering reporting solutions for HR stakeholders.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective Workday reporting solutions.
• Experience testing, validating and deploying new reports and reporting enhancements.
• Comfortable managing reporting requests within an agile working environment.
• Experience with Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards would be a significant advantage.
• Workday Recruiting reporting experience would also be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain a broad range of Workday reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions.
• Contribute to new reporting initiatives and international projects.
• Support continuous improvements across the Workday platform.
