Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking an HRIS Product Owner to manage and optimize the Workday ecosystem, focusing on HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Advanced Compensation. You will translate complex People & Culture requirements into scalable technical architectures with high autonomy in a Jira-driven environment.

This role offers end-to-end ownership of HR technology in a fast-growing e-commerce leader across Europe. Fluent English is required; prior Workday optimization across modules is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday administration and configuration; 5+ years in HRIS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Advanced Compensation.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Manage business process security policies and access controls.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into Jira roadmaps.
• Ensure data integrity through testing, audits, and workflow improvements.
• Provide end-user support for Time Tracking and Absence Management.
