Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Workday Specialist to optimize Workday HCM across international scope, handling configuration, bi-annual updates, data migration, and end-user support. This role focuses on aligning HR data with global business needs and implementing new features.

You will work with HR and stakeholders, lead feature implementations, and stay current with Workday updates. English fluency and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Workday HCM configuration and end-user support.
• Experience in HCM modules: Compensation, Loads, Recruitment, Performance.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, and reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the guardian of Workday Guiding Principles and global configuration.
• Guarantee data reliability through migration, integration, and maintenance.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Lead testing and training for new Workday features; stay updated with best practices.
