Job summary

Clan, a leading international industrial group establishing a Group Business Services hub in Porto, seeks a Workday Functional Lead to govern HCM design and multi-country deployments.

You will own Workday HCM processes, drive integration with Payroll and Time, and lead Talent & Performance initiatives while coordinating with HR, IT and external partners across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Current Workday HCM certification.
• 5+ years of Workday experience in functional/integration/product roles.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience delivering multi-country Workday HCM implementations.
• Strong HR process knowledge and data flows across global HR environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM design and governance across core HR, organizations, positions and employee lifecycle processes.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Workday business processes with governance and user experience.
• Own the functional integration landscape across Payroll, Time, Finance, Identity, Benefits and third-party systems.
• Lead Talent & Performance solutions including goals, performance, feedback, talent reviews and succession processes.
• Lead Workday Peakon Employee Voice data synchronization, segmentation and reporting.
• Govern organizational changes through Workday Org Studio and Mass Actions, ensuring controlled and scalable implementation.
• Drive testing, deployment and continuous improvement with HR, IT, local teams and implementation partners across the global Workday landscape.

• Lead Workday HCM design and governance, covering core HR, organizations, positions and employee lifecycle processes;
• Design and optimize end-to-end Workday business processes, ensuring consistency, controls and a seamless user experience;
• Own the functional integration landscape, ensuring reliable data flows across Payroll, Time, Finance, Identity, Benefits and third-party systems.
• Lead Talent & Performance solutions, including goals, performance, feedback, talent reviews and succession processes;
• Lead Workday Peakon Employee Voice, ensuring effective employee data synchronization, survey design, segmentation and reporting;
• Govern organizational changes through Workday Org Studio and Mass Actions, ensuring controlled and scalable implementation;
• Drive testing, deployment and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, IT, local teams and implementation partners across the global Workday landscape.
• Current Workday HCM certification;
• 5+ years of Workday experience, ideally in functional, integration or product ownership roles;
• Fluency in English;
• Proven experience delivering multi-country Workday HCM implementations;
• Experience with Talent & Performance and/or Workday Peakon Employee Voice;
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data flows and integration dependencies across global HR environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, Payroll, local teams and external partners.
