Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and end-user support in HCM, Compensation, Loads, Recruitment and Performance.
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIB, and reporting is a plus.
• Business school background preferred.

## **Job Description**## **Position Overview**As a Workday Specialist at Europcar, you will play a crucial role in the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM within an international scope. Your responsibilities will encompass configuration maintenance, bi-annual updates, end-user support, and the implementation of new features. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our HR Information System landscape and ensure that our Workday platform aligns with our global business needs.## **Responsibilities**As a Workday Specialist you will:* Be the guardian of Europcar’s Workday Guiding Principles, keeping the Workdayconfiguration global and aligned to the company strategic needs.* Guarantee the reliability and precision of HR data by supervising data migration / EIBloads, integration, and maintenance procedures within the Workday platform.* Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues promptly.* Work closely with HR and various stakeholders to comprehend global and local businessneeds and transform them into efficient Workday solutions.* Lead the implementation of new Workday features, including testing and training.
