Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Workday Specialist to configure and optimize Workday HCM across international scope. You will maintain configurations, support end users, and implement new features aligned with global HR needs.

The role requires 3+ years of Workday HCM experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential; you will collaborate with HR and cross-country teams to drive reliable HR data and scalable Workday solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Workday HCM configuration and end-user support experience.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, and reporting.
• Business school qualifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and configure Workday HCM and bi-annual updates.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to design Workday solutions.
• Lead implementation of new Workday features, including testing and training.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
