Europcar is seeking a Workday Specialist to configure and optimize Workday HCM across multiple regions. You will maintain configurations, support end-users, and implement new features while staying up-to-date with Workday updates.

Responsibilities include data migration oversight, integrations, and collaborating with HR and stakeholders to deliver efficient Workday solutions worldwide.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and end-user support in HCM, Compensation, Loads, Recruitment and Performance.
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIB, and reporting is a plus.
• Business school background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize Workday HCM within an international scope.
• Maintain configurations and bi-annual updates; ensure data reliability through migrations and loads.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues promptly.
