Europcar Mobility Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to join our hybrid Lisbon team. You will configure and optimize Workday HCM across a global scope, ensuring data reliability through migrations, integrations, and maintenance.
You will provide end-user support and guide stakeholders in translating requirements into efficient Workday solutions. You will lead the implementation of new Workday features, staying current with updates and best practices, and facilitate testing and training to
Qualificações
- Experience in Workday HCM configuration and end-user support is required.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, and reporting is a plus.
- Business school background is preferred for HRIS roles.
Responsabilidades
- Configure and optimize Workday HCM across global scope.
- Oversee data migration, EIB loads, integrations and maintenance procedures.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Workday issues.
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to translate needs into Workday solutions.
- Lead incorporation of new Workday features, including testing and training.
