Responsibilities

• Learning and development: Support the process, managing operational activities (registrations, invitations, attendance, materials and documentation), liaising with employees, managers and training providers to support a smooth learning experience.
• Learning and development: Monitor delivery of the annual Learning Plan and maintain accurate information in HR systems and tracking files.
• Learning and development: Collect, analyze and report learning evaluations, participation data and key indicators.
• Talent acquisition: Contribute to recruitment and selection processes, from job posting and application management to CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Talent acquisition: Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records and prepare the related documentation.
• Transversal HR operations: Support administrative processes according to the needs of the team, maintaining HR databases and confidential employee documentation, ensuring data quality and organization.
• Transversal HR operations: Prepare and update presentations, dashboards, reports and other HR materials.
• Transversal HR operations: Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and process improvements according to team priorities.

JOB PURPOSE:

Join the Human Resources team and contribute to learning and development, talent acquisition and HR operations, in the context of a modernization of several HR systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning and development

• Support the process, managing operational activities (registrations, invitations, attendance, materials and documentation), liaising with employees, managers and training providers to support a smooth learning experience.
