Crédit Agricole is seeking to join the Human Resources team to contribute to learning and development, talent acquisition and HR operations, in the context of a modernization of several HR systems. The position provides hands‑on experience across multiple HR disciplines in an international and dynamic business environment.

You will support operational activities, monitor the Learning Plan, assist recruitment and maintain HR data quality, dashboards and reports.

Responsabilités

• Support the process, managing operational activities (registrations, invitations, attendance, materials and documentation), liaising with employees, managers and training providers to support a smooth learning experience.
• Monitor delivery of the annual Learning Plan and maintain accurate information in HR systems and tracking files.
• Collect, analyze and report learning evaluations, participation data and key indicators.
• Contribute to recruitment and selection processes, from job posting and application management to CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records and prepare the related documentation.
• Support administrative processes according to the needs of the team, maintaining HR databases and confidential employee documentation, ensuring data quality and organization.
• Prepare and update presentations, dashboards, reports and other HR materials.
• Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and process improvements according to team priorities.
