Hexa People is seeking an Administrative Human Resources Officer to support HR Shared Services delivery, handling health, benefits, training transitions and HR records.

The role suits a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years) fluent in French, with strong Word/Excel skills and familiarity with SAP. You will manage multiple requests, ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate documentation in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma with up to three years of professional experience or recent graduate.
• Fluent in written and spoken French.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; SAP exposure is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to requests from employees, managers and external HR partners.
• Coordinate site registrations and deregistrations with Occupational Health Services; follow up on related invoices.
• Process monthly health insurance enrolments and amendments; keep employee information accurate.
