The role covers incident management, deployments, and knowledge sharing across engineering and product teams. Candidates should be comfortable with Linux, scripting, networking concepts, and have a genuine interest in video delivery technologies such as CDNs and streaming protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting basics in Shell, Bash or Python/Perl.
• Knowledge of IP networking and video delivery concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across IP Video environments.
• Engage with customers to communicate status during incidents and deployments.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base updates.
