Motorola Solutions Portugal, Lda invites applications for a Senior Support Agent supporting Avigilon Alta Video and Access products. You will resolve critical customer issues, share knowledge with the team, and mentor others to ensure white-glove service.

The role requires cloud experience, Linux familiarity, and strong networking knowledge, with 3+ years of support experience and fluency in English. Travel 10-25% and relocation is not provided.

Responsabilidades

• Master Alta cloud-based Video/Access/VMS products knowledge.
• Provide senior level support via phone and digital channels.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Escalations, and Dev teams.
• Investigate escalated issues, analyze logs, identify bugs or gaps.
• Document technical details in case management and assist with knowledge sharing.
