Qualifications

Strong professional experience developing with modern C++.
Deep understanding of FFmpeg and media processing pipelines.
Strong experience working with x264 and video encoding concepts.
Experience debugging and optimising performance-critical systems.
Strong Linux and multithreaded programming experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-performance C++ media systems for large-scale streaming environments.
Work directly with FFmpeg, x264 and video processing pipelines.
Optimise encoding performance, throughput and video quality across live and VOD workflows.
Debug and resolve complex media, timing and performance issues in production systems.
Improve reliability, scalability and efficiency across media delivery pipelines.
