Six Floor Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior CV Engineer to design and deploy real-time computer vision and machine learning systems for sports and broadcast applications. You will implement production-grade algorithms in C++ and Python, ensuring robust performance across varied real-time conditions.

You will lead a growing CV/ML team, shape technical direction, and contribute to hiring while collaborating closely with backend and product teams to deliver an integrated vision pipeline.

Qualificações

• 6+ years building and shipping CV/ML systems in production
• Strong proficiency in C++ (production) and Python (R&D)
• Deep expertise in OpenCV and one of PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, linear algebra, probability and optimisation
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and improving team output
• Familiarity with Linux, FFmpeg and/or GStreamer for video pipelines
• Master's degree or equivalent depth in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related CV/ML field

Responsabilidades

• Research, design and ship production-grade algorithms for real-time video understanding across sports and broadcast conditions
• Drive continuous development and improvement of ML models: evaluation, gap analysis, retraining and fine-tuning
• Write high-performance, maintainable code in C++ (production) and Python (R&D)
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate the vision pipeline into the platform
• Lead and mentor a growing CV/ML team, define roles, assess candidates and hire
• Create a culture of rigour and curiosity where research informs engineering and outcomes matter
