Hiring International Academy in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert fluent in Spanish and English to join our payment solutions support team, working onsite in Portugal. You will handle business client inquiries, provide clear information, guide customers through account processes by phone and email, and document interactions in the CRM.

The role requires full-time rotating shifts, a permanent contract, comprehensive training, and participation in a dynamic multicultural environment

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish (C2+).
• English level minimum B2.
• Experience in customer service or tech support preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work full-time in rotating shifts.
• Familiar with CRM systems.

Job Title: Operations Customer Expert (Spanish + English)

Location: Onsite Lisbon, Portugal

Are you passionate about helping others and resolving inquiries? We are looking for a motivated, Spanish-speaking professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.

Your Mission

You’ll be part of a dedicated Customer Service team, responsible for:

• Handling incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions.
• Providing clear accurate information and guiding customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Understanding each customer’s specific needs and offering efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meeting quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensuring an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
• Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems.
• Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
• Shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 CET (8h/day + 1h break)
