Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a permanent, full-time role on the Payment Solutions project. Start ASAP.

You will handle inquiries by phone and digital channels, resolve cases, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working 8-hour shifts across Monday to Sunday within our flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in Customer Support with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• EU Passport or valid Right to Work in Portugal.
• ASAP availability.
