Concentrix in Lisbon is hiring Spanish Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role starting October 8th. You will deliver exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction while working in a rotational shift model.

This position requires native/fluent Spanish, C1 English, 1+ year in customer service, and local residency or ability to relocate to Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
• Solid C1 level in English (Harver English assessment).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Local residency in/around Lisbon or ability to relocate independently (No relocation package).

• Assist customers with product information and issue resolution while meeting quality metrics.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: €920.00 gross/month (paid across 14 months!)
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Attendance Bonus: €25.00/month (payable over 11 months)
• Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Work Model: On-site
• Shift Hours: Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 09:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
• Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week

Your Role As part of the Payment Solutions team, you will deliver exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What You Need To Qualify
