The Bench in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and guide customers through product and service questions.

We offer a full-time contract, paid training, and an international, multicultural workplace in a modern Lisbon office with relocation support where applicable. Fluent Spanish and good English are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level) and good English required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
