Qualifications

• 2+ years in 2nd/3rd line application support with strong functional analysis.
• Must be available for 24/7 on-call support rotation.
• Strong SQL/MySQL, Unix/Linux, scripting skills (KSH/Bash/Python/Perl).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line application support, incident and problem resolution.
• Monitor SLAs and continuously improve internal tools and processes.
