GRiT is seeking an experienced application support professional for 2nd/3rd line support in Lisbon. The role requires willingness to join a 24/7 on-call rotation, strong SQL/MySQL skills, and familiarity with Unix/Linux, scripting, and REST APIs.

Must-Have:

• Experience in 2nd and 3rd line application support, with strong functional analysis skills.

Would be great if you have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or application support.
• Experience automating processes, including Ansible for task and configuration automation and playbook creation.
• Exposure to ELK Stack, Grafana and Logstash, including dashboard and alerting setup in Grafana.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or GitLab.
• Basic knowledge of regular expressions.
• Awareness of IT standards and best practices such as ITIL and ISO 20000.
