Cross Border Talents is hiring Turkish-speaking Operations Customer Experts in Lisbon to support content creators and influencers on a major social platform. You will handle subscription management, account support, and troubleshooting while delivering excellent service across multiple tools and products.

You will work in a fast-paced, multilingual team with 40-hour weeks, rotating shifts, and a 12-month fixed-term contract that becomes permanent after two years.

Responsibilities

• Support content creators and influencers on subscription management, account management, technical troubleshooting and marketing tools
• Make outbound calls to confirm customers understood the information shared
• Help clients get the most from the platform's products and tools
• Spot trends and solve problems affecting multiple small and medium business clients
• Work in a fast-paced, multilingual team
