Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking Turkish-speaking Operations Customer Experts to support content creators and influencers on a major social networking platform.

You will handle subscription and account management, troubleshoot issues, and help clients maximize the platform’s tools while working in a fast-paced, multilingual team. Training is provided in English, and the role offers a stable 12-month contract with potential permanent placement.

We're hiring Turkish-speaking Operations Customer Experts to support content creators and influencers on one of the world's best-known social networking platforms, used by millions of people every day.

What you'll do

• Support content creators and influencers on subscription management, account management, technical troubleshooting and marketing tools
• Make outbound calls to confirm customers understood the information shared
• Help clients get the most from the platform's products and tools
• Spot trends and solve problems affecting multiple small and medium business clients
• Work in a fast-paced, innovative, multilingual team

What you get

• Paid training: 10 days, 8 hours per day, in English, covering the client's products, tools, and phone, email and chat support
• Salary:
  • With company apartment: €1,338.66 total package (€1,138.66 cash + €200 apartment benefit)
  • Without apartment: €1,436.16 cash
  • Includes base salary, Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a €7/day meal allowance
• Potential productivity bonus based on performance and attendance
• Health insurance from day one
• Vacation: up to 20 days in your first year, 22 days per year after that, plus a compensation day if you work a Portuguese public holiday
• Contract: 12-month fixed term, becoming permanent after 2 years
• Location: a modern office in Lisbon with a cafeteria, lounge and meeting rooms, close to metro, train and bus connections

Schedule:

40 hours per week, rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
