Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Expert to support content creators and influencers on a leading social media platform. You will manage accounts, handle subscriptions, tools, and technical issues, delivering superior service.

You will work 40 hours per week, with rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation, on-site in Lisbon. The role requires native Turkish, English B2+, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset as you troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring

Qualifications

• Native-level Turkish language proficiency.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Good computer and digital skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• EU work authorization/Portuguese residence permit/Temporary Protection Certificate required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and on-site in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Content Creators and Influencers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account management, subscription management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support users with platform tools, features, and marketing solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer understanding and resolution.
• Identify trends affecting creators and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality standards.
