JoB Training & Coaching is looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Representative in Seixal, Portugal. This role involves assisting customers with their online shopping journey, ensuring they have a positive experience from order placement to delivery.

The ideal candidate should have fluent Turkish and good English communication skills, with at least 6 months of experience in customer service. Comprehensive paid training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of customer service, customer support, administrative, or related experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with online orders and account-related inquiries.
• Manage delivery tracking, shipping investigations, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
• Provide support through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Conhecimentos

Fluent Turkish (written and spoken)

Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
