Hiring International Academy in Lisbon is seeking a bilingual Turkish-speaking customer support agent to join our on-site team. You will help users of a leading global digital platform, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, and ensuring high service standards.

The role offers €1,250 gross per month, meal allowance, performance bonus, paid training, private health insurance, relocation support for eligible candidates, and a multicultural, growth-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple digital tools.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Assist customers with account management and platform inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
