Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Digital Ads & Enterprise Specialist – Turkish Speaker to join our on-site team. You will support small and medium businesses using our advertising and e-commerce tools, diagnosing issues and guiding customers toward better ad performance.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, daily interactions via live chat, email, and phone, and opportunities to grow into QA, leadership, and corporate roles within the company.

Qualificações

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends.

Role: Digital Ads & Enterprise Specialist – Turkish Speaker

Experience: Entry-level (Full paid training provided; prior customer support or digital ad experience is a plus)

Compensation: Base salary + monthly performance bonuses + daily meal allowance + Day-1 private health & life insurance

Position Overview

Represent a premier global tech and social media brand as a Digital Support Consultant in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist small and medium-sized businesses utilizing the platform's digital advertising and e-commerce tools, helping clients troubleshoot account issues, expand market reach, and optimize ad performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Deliver end-to-end customer care through live chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve pre- and post-launch campaign errors, billing discrepancies, account blocks, and platform glitches.
• User Education: Guide business clients on ad tools and platform features to foster independent account management.
• Feedback Escalation: Spot trend issues or recurring technical bugs and escalation findings to technical/development teams.
• CRM Management: Log client interactions accurately in the database while strictly following data privacy regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

• Language Skills: Native or fluent command of written and spoken Turkish, alongside B2+ level English for systems, internal comms, and training.
• Location & Rights: Physical residency in Portugal with immediate, legal authorization to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Technical Agility: High digital literacy, comfort navigating multiple platforms at once, and flexibility to work rotating shifts (including occasional weekends).

Preferred

• Prior experience in call centers, customer success, or digital marketing (eager entry-level candidates are fully welcomed).
