CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project in Portugal.

The role involves supporting SMBs in Turkish and English via chat, email, and phone, assisting with self-service advertising products, and guiding clients through platform tools to improve their experience.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Turkish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email and phone in Turkish and English.
• Assist advertisers with pre- and post-sales queries for self-service products.
• Help clients use platform tools to improve their advertising experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide clients to resolve technical concerns.
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple clients.
• Conduct outbound calls to ensure queries are resolved timely.
• Work within a multilingual support team.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about online advertising, social media, and technology. You will support business clients by helping them navigate advertising tools, resolve platform-related issues, and improve their overall advertising experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

• Start date: 3/8, 24/8, 14/9, 5/10

Your Role

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English
• Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in Turkish English proficiency for communication and training purposes
• Interest in online advertising, technology, and digital platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions
• Comfortable supporting business clients across multiple communication channels
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems

What Is Offered

• Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months
• One-month trial period after contract signature
• Training period of 13 days conducted in English
• Full onboarding including software, product, customer management, and on-the-job training
• Workplace based in Lisbon 40-hour work week with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00 Portuguese public holidays and vacation entitlement according to Portuguese employment rules Health insurance from day one of employment
