Job summary

Divinemythsstudio is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international operations team in Lisbon. You will handle subscription and account questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers in using social media advertising tools.

The role involves outbound follow-ups and working with a multilingual team to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Training is in English, with a 12-month contract and on-site work in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Turkish language proficiency written and spoken.
• Training will be delivered in English.
• Customer-focused communication style.
• Comfort using digital platforms and troubleshooting.
• Interest in social media, content creation and online advertising.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts (nights and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist content creators and influencers with subscription and account management, plus technical inquiries.
• Guide customers on using social media advertising and marketing tools.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to clarify information and confirm understanding.
• Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and trends among small/medium businesses.
• Collaborate with a multilingual team to resolve inquiries.
