Concentrix is seeking a Billing and Payments Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal to support social media advertising activities. This role will involve managing invoicing workflows, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing operations, or a related support role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital advertising or SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end invoicing workflows for advertising clients.
• Generate and distribute accurate client invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client invoicing inquiries.
• Identify inefficiencies in billing workflows.

Conhecimentos

Fluent verbal and written Turkish (C1)

Good level of English

Experience in invoicing and billing operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with ad billing models

Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
