We are looking for Turkish speakers to work with one of our reputable clients within the Tech sector! This opportunity offers the chance to learn about leading products and develop your skills further.

This is a fully remote opportunity to work from anywhere in Portugal (mainland).

Responsibilities

• The Order Support Specialist handles escalations from customer-facing colleagues, working under strict regulations to resolve complex issues related to online orders for consumer electronics.
• The role focuses on providing swift resolutions during the entire order process, from induction to delivery, including handling flavor changes and RMA completion.
• The Specialist liaises with partners, providing guidance to resolve issues efficiently, and communicates with customers via phone and email to relay updates and restore relationships.
• Perform detailed record-keeping in SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.

• Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer solutions.
• Experience in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility to work overtime as order volume requires.

• C2 or native level Turkish language skills.

• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal.
