Job summary

TDCX is hiring in Lisbon, Portugal to lead a team of content moderators, driving performance, coaching, and quality across operations. The role emphasizes real-time guidance, regular 1:1s, and collaboration with QA and L&D to enhance ongoing performance.

You will contribute to a positive team culture while ensuring policy alignment and SLA adherence. Qualified candidates have a background in content moderation operations, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams to meet precise

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of experience in content moderation operations.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams to meet goals and metrics.
• Strong project and resource management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of moderators, including day-to-day performance, productivity, and quality.
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to support team performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with team members.
• Partner with QA to understand audit results and develop targeted improvements.
• Support onboarding and ongoing performance improvement with L&D and Trainers.
• Escalate unclear cases for policy clarification.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs, contributing to reporting.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and resilient team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality management.
