Job summary

TDCX is seeking a skilled Team Lead for content moderation in Lisbon. You will supervise a moderation team, provide real-time coaching, and collaborate with QA and L&D to drive performance improvements.

Strong English and German communication skills, plus 2 years in moderation operations, are preferred. The role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities to join a global leader in CX solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or diploma in any field.
• 2 years of working experience in content moderation operations preferred.
• Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
• Strong project and resource management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
• Decision making and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of moderators, including day-to-day performance, productivity, and quality.
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to support team performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with team members.
• Partner with QA to understand audit results and develop improvement plans.
• Support onboarding and ongoing performance development with L&D and Trainers.
• Escalate unclear cases for policy clarification.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs and contribute to reporting.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and resilient team culture.
