Job summary

TDCX is hiring in Portugal to lead a team of content moderators in a fast-paced, globally connected setting. You will supervise daily performance, coach for improvements, and drive development plans across the team while partnering with QA and L&D to ensure policy compliance and high quality output.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in content moderation, strong leadership, and excellent English and Italian communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in content moderation operations
• Experience leading, mentoring and motivating teams to meet goals
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Italian

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of moderators, including day-to-day performance, productivity, and quality
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to support team performance
• Conduct regular 1:1s and support individual development plans
• Collaborate with QA to understand audit results and improve plans
• Onboard new moderators and drive ongoing performance improvements with L&D and Trainers
• Escalate unclear cases for policy clarification
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs and contribute to reporting
• Foster a positive, respectful, and resilient team culture
